On 25 May 2018, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enters into force. Data protection is a high priority at FrontRead and we want transparency and transparency about how we treat your personal information

b. Deleting or blocking data in case of expediency
We only store your personal data for as long as necessary, subsequently we will delete your data. If the law prescribes an additional storage, we will delete data after the legal deadline.

c. Rights of insight, rectification, deletion, limitation and objection
You are entitled at any time to receive information about your personal data kept by us. If the data stored by us is incorrect, you are entitled to have these corrected.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, as long as we no longer need data to complete an agreement with you. The deletion can also be in violation of statutory storage requirements. In that case you have the right to block your data.

d. Complaint
You have the right to appeal to a Supervisory Authority (SA). Your countries SA will handle your complaint.

e. Encryption
To secure your data during transfer, we use SSL encryption via HTTPS.

f. Changing our Privacy Policy
We will always adapt our privacy policy to applicable legal requirements. The need for this adaptation may also be due to the fact that we extend our service offerings. If you visit our site again, the new privacy policy applies.

Collection, processing and use of your IP address

Collection of traffic data
You can visit our website without actively providing information about yourself. We collect access data sent by your web browser. These are:

• Browser type / version
• The operating system used
• Reference URL
• Host Name of Your Access Computer (IP Address)
• Time of server reques

This data is collected for technical reasons only and stored during your visit to our website. This data does not allow us to derive data with your person. However, your IT provider will be able to identify your Internet connection based on the IP address stored with us

Using Piwik PRO Analytics

FrontRead.com uses Piwik PRO Analytics, which is a web analytics service from Piwik PRO. Piwik PRO Analytics uses so-called "cookies", described as text files stored on your computer, allowing an analysis of your use of the website. The information from the cookie about your use of this site is usually transferred to a Piwik PRO server in the EU and stored there.

On behalf of the operator of this site, Piwik PRO uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports of activity on the website, and provide other services related to the site and Internet usage for the site operator.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by using a similar setting of your browser software. However, we point out that in this case you may limit some of FrontRead's features.

Cookies

We use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are being transferred from a web server to your hard drive. This automatically gives us certain data, e.g. IP address, browser, operating system from your computer and your connection to the Internet.

Cookies can not be used to launch programs or transfer viruses to a computer. Based on the information in cookies, we can facilitate navigation and enable a proper display of FrontRead's website.

FrontRead will never disclose the data collected to third parties or otherwise use data to establish a connection to your personal information without your consent.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

Contact form and email inquiries

If you contact us via email or contact form, we collect and store your information for the purpose of processing the request and any follow-up questions. If you wish to delete the stored data in connection with a request for FrontRead.com, please contact us to handle the request.

Registration on FrontRead.com

When you register for use of FrontRead's service, we collect and store personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address as well as registration of activities and events, including payments.

Newsletter

The registration for FrontRead's newsletter occurs from the data you enter when you register on FrontRead.com. As a registered subscriber, you will receive our newsletter as well as any related information (such as changes and updates on our platform).

The consent for the retention of your personal information and the user for the sending of the newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time. Each newsletter contains a link with a cancellation option. You may also, at any time, disclose a request for cancellation of any communication to our Data Protection Representative (contact information in section 10).

Email traffic via MailChimp and Outlook

FrontRead uses services from MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA) who process email traffic through servers in the United States. FrontRead also use email services from Outlook (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399 USA)

Facebook / Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook Pixel to advertise on Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA). The Pixel ensures that the advertisement is aimed at relevant people and measures the effect of the ad at the same time. Therefore, as a visitor to FrontRead, using Facebook, you will be able to experience FrontRead ads. Facebook

Pixel matches your information from your visit to FrontRead.com, including IP address and device-related information, using Facebook's own data to identify your Facebook user, thus targeting the advertisement.
